We all have moments in our lives that our brain processes as absolute disasters. Sometimes, it helps to take a step back and realize that in some instances, maybe it isn't as bad as we perceived it to be. Anxiety and Logic go head-to-head to mull over some recent experiences I had to determine if I they truly WERE as horrible as I thought they were.
